RETURNS
You may return your unopened, sealed hardware or software package for any reason within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund. We cannot accept opened software as a return. We will replace defective software with the same product within the first 30 days after purchase. To return your software, please contact us at custserv@firstclassgroup.net for a RMA number. We cannot accept returns without a RMA number. Freight/Shipping and Handling costs will not be credited back.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return most products within 30 days. Contact customer service at custserv@firstclassgroup.net and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued. You must return the product within 15 days of being issued an RMA number and in 100% resalable condition. This means opened and installed software is not returnable. A fifteen percent restocking fee will be assessed. Freight/Shipping and Handling costs will not be credited back.
PRICES & PRODUCTS
Because of the fast moving nature of our industry, prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice. If a product is not in stock when you place your order, we will let you know. We will also let you know as to when we expect the product to be available. Expected delivery dates are dependent upon vendor supplies and other factors and are subject to change.
We are not responsible for late or delayed shipments or system failures. Title to items being purchased is retained by Tech Solutions until items are paid for by the purchaser and at that time title passes to purchaser. We are not authorized to conduct sales outside of the United States and Canada. All trademarks and registered trademarks are used to display items for resale and without intent to infringe on the mark holder.
Despite our best efforts, occasionally the pricing displayed on our web site is incorrect. If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount when we ship you the item. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we contact you for instructions before shipping. We are not responsible for any typographical, photographic or technical errors. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
