Academic Qualifications

Educational Institutions and Teaching Hospitals:

1) Public/Private Primary/ Secondary Schools; Vocational Schools; Junior Colleges; Colleges; University; Non-profit School/Organizations involved in post-secondary education; and Scientific or Technical Institutions accredited by associations recognized by the Department of Education and/or the State Board of Education. Preschools meeting all the following criteria: (i) is an early childhood program that serves a minimum of ten children ages two through five; (ii) has been in operation for at least one year; (iii) provides educational services. Museums and Public Libraries qualify for some software publishers - exceptions include Microsoft

2) District regional and state administrative offices of the Educational Institutions defined above.

3) Hospitals that are wholly-owned and operated by an Educational Institutions as defined above. “Wholly owned and operated” means that the Educational Institution is the sole owner of said hospital and the only entity exercising over the hospital's day to day operations.

Students:

Full and Part time faculty and staff of all Public or Private, Vocational Schools, Junior Colleges, Colleges, Universities, Scientific and Technical Institutions as defined above.
